        Contingency order

Used in the context of general equities. Order to buy one security, if the trader can sell another, usually given that certain price limits or conditions reach a certain level. Swap, switch order.

An order to execute a transaction in one security that depends on the price of another security. Example: "Buy the XYZ May 50 call at 3, contingent upon XYZ stock being at or above $52".
