They include: Boston, Cincinnati, Intermountain (Salt Lake City - dormant, owned by COMEX), Midwest (Chicago), Pacific (Los Angeles and San Francisco), Philadelphia (Philadelphia and Miami), and Spokane (local mining & Canadian issues, non-reporting trades) stock exchanges.
